Alex A. Elomien – Founder

Alex worked with several indigenous businesses and missions before founding Capernaum Engineering in 2013. Particularly involved in new business development, Alex is instrumental in every aspect of Capernaum Engineering’s business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, a member of the British Project Council, A Certified Management Consultant, and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.  


Emmanuel Akhigbe Managing Director – Senior Electrical Engineer

Emmanuel joined Capernaum Engineering in 2014 as Projects Director, his expertise lies in project and engineering management. Responsible for project delivery.


Oladapo Oludele – Executive Director, Structures 

Oladapo Oludele, a seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience, has made significant contributions to a wide array of projects, from large-scale infrastructure developments to specialized assignments. Known for his technical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving skills, Oladapo is a natural leader excelling in communication and project management. His expertise spans the design, analysis, and optimization of complex systems, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Committed to innovation and continuous learning, Oladapo is highly regarded in the engineering community for consistently delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, making him an invaluable asset for diverse projects.



Pius Adesakin – Executive Director, Finance

Pius Adesakin, bringing 26 years of diverse experience in marketing, banking, and strategic management at the managerial level, currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Capernaum Engineering. A proud Alumnus of the University of Benin and Ogun State University, Pius holds degrees in Sociology/Anthropology and Strategic Management. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.


Lekan Sanusi – Executive Director, Real Estate

Lekan Sanusi brings extensive real estate experience, spanning over 35 years, from his roles at J.A. Oluwatudimu & Co., the first indigenous estate surveying firm in Nigeria, to Jide Taiwo & Co. in Nigeria, and its UK counterpart, Jay Tee Estate. He holds an associate membership with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and is a Registered Surveyor (RSV). Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, now part of the Pan African University.


Kenneth O. Ogbogbo Company Secretary – LL.B Hons

With a background of both Law and Administration within a variety of companies, Kenneth has been with Capernaum Engineering since its inception. Responsible for legal and administrative management.



Martins Elomien – Technical and HSE Supervisor

Martins’ main assignments since joining Capernaum Engineering include commercial and Educational projects such as supervising refurbishment works at Landmark University Secondary School and construction of a new Kingdom Heritage Model learning facility.
